We do not sell your data

We never monetize or trade your information with third parties.

Data can be deleted upon request

Email us and we will delete your account data within a reasonable time, unless we must keep limited records for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

We use analytics and advertising tools

Our website uses Google Tag Manager to load tools such as Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. These tools may collect page views, clicks, scrolls, device and browser details, approximate location, referrers, campaign parameters, and conversion events to help us understand usage, improve the product, measure advertising performance, and run relevant campaigns. These providers may set or read cookies, pixels, or similar identifiers.

Online payments use payment providers

When fees are paid online, payment details are processed by third-party payment providers. Acadion keeps payment status and transaction records, but does not store card PINs, wallet PINs, or full payment credentials.

SMS messages use an SMS provider

To send OTPs, fee reminders, notices, and parent updates, we may share the recipient phone number and message content with a third-party SMS provider only for delivery.

AI features use an LLM provider

When you use AI features, prompts and necessary context may be sent to a third-party large language model provider to generate drafts. Your team should review AI output before using it.
